Quick2Fap.com does not host media files on its own servers. If content is hosted by a third-party provider,
we can still remove links/embeds from our website after a valid notice.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement,
you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.
2. What Your Notice Must Include
Your DMCA notice should contain all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address is required)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on Quick2Fap.com where the allegedly infringing content appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature

4. What Happens After We Receive It
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access
to the reported content on Quick2Fap.com (typically by removing links/embeds).
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter notice should include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- The URL(s) that were removed and where they appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court
- Your physical or electronic signature
6. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for repeat infringers or repeated abuse of the takedown process, as permitted by applicable law.
